I had to send it back to ASUS for repair. The screen stopped responding across the bottom left from the start orb to the Clock area. I suspected a bad screen. I called the toll free number for ASUS EEEPC support number and they gave me an RMA number and informed me that I had to pay the shipping to the repair center in Newark CA. I sent it to them and there is a web site to track the repair although there is not any detail in the repair resolution. The repair did send an email to inform me they are shipping it back this week. I expect to get the unit sometime next week. I found out that there is 1GB of memory on the motherboard and the T101MT only takes 1GB of memory in the slot in the back of the EEEPC.

After months of use I have to say I am impressed... This is not your average netbook.
First things...
1. UPGRADE FROM WIN7 STARTER (I installed professional)
2. UPGRADE THE RAM TO 2GB.
It's probably helped I have not overloaded with bloated programs... Just the best essential programs and Office 2010 Professional. NETFLIX and Slingplayer run great.
The touchscreen is responsive and great for browsing... The dual-core makes a bigger difference than I expected.
Just so you can understand my comparison with an original netbook, I have an ASUS EeePC 1000h...

It is a poor replacement for the HP Tablet notebook it is replacing, but it is better than nothing. The notebook it is replacing was completely dead.
I've upgraded to Windows 7 Home Premium from the "Starter" version supplied with the unit. Why ASUS ships it with the "Starter" version is hard to understand. The touch scrreen requires the upgrade to be fully functional.
I also upgraded it to 2 GB of RAM.
